AI that actually delivers

AI is not magic. It's a tool that creates value when applied to the right problems, with the right data, in the right organization. We help you all the way from idea and experiment to production and scaling.

What we do

We help organizations identify where AI and machine learning can provide the most value, and then build solutions that work in practice. Not just as prototypes, but in live operation, with sustainable ownership and management.

We cover the full spectrum: classic predictive analytics, generative AI and large language models (LLMs), as well as AI agents that solve concrete business problems. And we use AI ourselves in our daily work, for example, to match consultants with assignments, generate presentation drafts, and accelerate brand and content work. This means that when we discuss AI with you, we do so with experience of what actually works, not just what sounds good in a pitch.

Techniques we work with

The AI landscape is changing rapidly. Models, frameworks, and platforms come and go — what truly determines if an AI project delivers is how it's built, who is responsible for the data, and whether the solution is adopted by users. That's where we place our emphasis.

An example of how this looks in practice: together with Familjens Jurist, we are the technical partner in the development of Sweden's first AI lawyer, partly financed by Vinnova. The project uses advanced language modeling to make legal advice more accessible — and requires technology to interact with real legal expertise, high integrity regarding sensitive information, and a user experience that truly resonates with the end-user. That's the kind of complexity we enjoy working with.

Technically, we work with Python, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, and Snowflake ML — and with large language models via the platforms best suited for the task. We choose frameworks and models based on what solves your problem, not what's trendy.

Typical Challenges We Solve

Organizations that want to use AI but don't know where to start, or have tried ten things without any making it to production. Models that work in the lab but never reach live operation. The need to prepare data and infrastructure for AI initiatives. Teams that need support to transition from experiments to stable operations over time.

And most often: AI projects driven by the technology rather than the problem they are meant to solve. That's where we provide the most value — when we help you start from the question "what is it we actually want to achieve?" rather than from the model you've just heard about.

Let's talk data.

We will help you find the right way forward, no matter where you are today.
